Select model, then upload or choose a sample. 2D-model uses slices, and 3D-models use volumes. Accepted formats are .npy, .npz, .sgy, or .segy

For a quick experiment of the prototype, feel free to use the sample files provided. These are completely unseen by the model, but similar data was used in the training process. Most of the sample files also come with 'ground-truth' visuals. Alternatively, if you would like to upload your own inputs, please note that larger files (over ~250MB for example) will result in longer runtimes, especially since this web-app has been deployed on a lightweight service.

On an additional note, you may find that our model sometimes performs best at quite a low threshold. This is because we lightly fine-tuned it on some additional field data, as an experimental extension to the benchmark model. This naturally lowers its overall confidence scores, so do not be alarmed if a lower threshold is needed at this stage.
